Session details:
- Minimum of 1 hour
- Minimum of 2 sessions per week
- Focused on specific muscle groups each session
- Customized individual sessions based on your fitness goals
Due to the current circumstances, all personal training sessions will be via Zoom. After placing your order, I will reach out to you via email within 24 hours to discuss the details of your training sessions. We will arrange a time to discuss your fitness goals, training frequency and your preferred time for the sessions.
