Class details:
- Duration: 60 mins
- 3x a week — Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:30pm
- Great for all fitness levels (beginners, intermediate & advanced)
- Main goals — full body toning, increased strength & endurance
Due to the current circumstances, all personal training classes will be done via Zoom. I will send you the zoom link and some additional class details via email within 24hrs after purchase.
**Please note that this class is a weekly subscription (ex. 3x a week at $10/class = $30 per week). Your purchase will cover your first 3 classes for that following week.
